• Item must be from an authorized online dealer.
• Item must be from an authorized online dealer's own website (i.e., not on eBay, Amazon Marketplace or any other third-party sales channel).
• Price matching can only occur prior to a purchase.  
• Closeout, clearance or liquidation sales are ineligible.
• Competitor's product must be an exact match (same manufacturer and model).
• Competitor's price must include cost to ship the item.
• Competitor must be in the United States selling in U.S. dollars.
